TERMS & CONDITIONS:

MEKAN (E.A.) LTD. will provide 10 YEARS GUARANTEE to ANY SIZE OF the following mattress series:

What is covered under this Guarantee?
This Guarantee covers structural manufacturing defects relating to the spring, foam, or interior frame of the MEKAN mattresses listed above for 10 years from the date of first purchase as evidenced by the original sales receipt from MEKAN dealerships or MEKAN (E.A.) LTD. MEKAN Mattresses bought from dealerships and outlets must be registered with MEKAN (E.A) LTD. through our website or through our offices.
MEKAN mattresses are manufactured to the highest standards in order to provide consistently excellent performance, however all mattresses show “body impressions” as the upholstery settles. This is not a structural defect covered by this guarantee. The variable nature of layered components of the products may result in a sizing tolerance of up to 15%. |

Exclusions of this Guarantee
This Guarantee will not cover:

Mattress that has been stored / installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products; |

Mattress that has not been maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions stated below; |

Normal wear and tear, body impressions, cuts or scratches, abnormal bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents; |

Damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, rain, dampness or dust etc; |
| |
The mattress that is used on a foundation which does not provide even & adequate support. If your mattress is placed on slats that are more than 10cm apart. |

Any mattress without the original sales memo. |

How does this guarantee scheme work?
Subject to confirmation that this Guarantee shall apply, MEKAN (E.A.) LTD. shall in its sole discretion either repair or replace a defective mattress as follows:

MEKAN (E.A.) LTD. shall either repair or replace it with a new one of the same or similar model. No credit will be given to any service charges. If the model of the mattress the customer first purchased is discontinued, he may choose a new mattress of a different model. If the customer chooses a more expensive mattress, the customer shall pay the difference. If the customer chooses a cheaper mattress, the balance will be forfeited. |

The guarantee period of the replacement mattress shall be the balance of the 10 years from the date of the first purchase. |

The mattress under guarantee must be returned to MEKAN (E.A.) LTD. at the time of exchange or refund. |
|
MEKAN (E.A.) LTD. will arrange for free collection and / or delivery services for the mattresses provided that the collection address is the same as the delivery address and the collection address is in the delivery area of MEKAN (E.A.) LTD. |

All decisions of MEKAN (E.A.) LTD. shall be final. |
